Additionally, amidst the commotion, George Abram, the general secretary ‌of the Aviation Industry Employees Guild, criticized the handling of the hiring process and alleged that ⁤an overwhelming 50,000 job seekers ⁤had converged for‍ the interviews.

The mandatory educational requirement for the positions entailed passing​ the SSC examination and being at least 23 years old. Successful candidates ‌for ‌the role, operating on‍ a 3-year contractual basis, would receive a fixed monthly ⁣salary of Rs 22,530.
