Meet the Inaugural Members of Oceania Cruises’ Culinary Advisory Board!

Oceania Cruises Elevates Culinary Offerings by Welcoming New Members to the Culinary ‌Advisory Board

Oceania Cruises, a leading cruise line known for its focus on culinary experiences and unique destinations, is excited to announce the addition of two​ new members to its Culinary Advisory Board: chef Sara Moulton, a well-known cookbook ‍author and TV ⁢personality, and Kathryn Kelly, Executive Chef and Director of Culinary Enrichment at Oceania Cruises. They will be⁤ working alongside Co-Chairs Master⁤ Chef Jacques Pépin and renowned chef Giada De Laurentiis,‍ as well as the line’s two Master Chefs ⁢of France – Alex Quaretti and Eric Barale.

Chef Kelly has played⁣ a crucial role in the development of The Culinary Center at sea, which was launched ‌in 2011 on Oceania⁣ Cruises’ Marina™. She oversees a team of dedicated Chef Instructors and has designed over 100 unique culinary classes for guests to enjoy while on board. ‍Additionally, Chef Kelly has been instrumental in creating immersive chef-led excursions called Culinary Discovery Tours™ ​in more than 40 destinations around the world. These tours ⁢allow guests to connect with local culture through food experiences.

On the other hand, Sara Moulton‍ has been sponsored ‍by Oceania Cruises since 2018 and has filmed her‍ PBS television show “Sara’s Weeknight⁤ Meals” onboard their ships.
