RTVE Expands Reach: Launch of rtveplay+ in Asia and Oceania

New Horizons for ‌Spanish Broadcasting

Spanish public broadcaster RTVE has made a significant move in its international growth⁤ by introducing its streaming service, rtveplay+, to audiences across Asia and Oceania. This marks an exciting⁤ development as the‌ service becomes accessible to viewers in countries such as Japan, Hong Kong, ‍South Korea, India, and Australia.

Diverse Content Offerings

Subscribers of rtveplay+ can enjoy an extensive array of programming that encompasses television series, films, documentaries, news broadcasts, entertainment shows, and live channels. ⁤Included among these are well-known offerings like TVE Internacional, Canal 24 Horas, Clan, and Star TV. This variety ensures that audiences⁣ have access to engaging content that appeals to different interests.

Flexible Subscription Plans

To cater to its new audience base effectively, RTVE offers both monthly and annual subscription plans. To entice viewers further with this launch initiative, there is a promotional offer allowing users to experience⁤ the platform free of charge for the first week.

Strengthening Global Presence

RTVE already boasts a⁢ strong foothold in Latin America as ‌well as Europe and North America (including the US ⁣and Canada). The expansion into Asian markets represents another strategic step forward in broadening their global footprint while appealing to diverse cultural demographics ‍through rich⁢ storytelling native to Spanish-speaking broadcasters.

With this move into Asia and Oceania alongside existing markets worldwide—RTVE continues its mission ⁢of bringing high-quality Spanish-language content beyond ‌traditional borders.
