Jaipur Soldiers ‍Honored for Ultimate Sacrifice

In a solemn ceremony, the‍ bodies of two brave soldiers, Ajay Singh and Bijendra, were flown to Jaipur after they were martyred in a battle against terrorists ⁣in ⁢Jammu and Kashmir’s Doda district.

Upon their arrival at Jaipur airport, the late soldiers were honored by ‍Rajasthan Health Minister ​Gajendra Singh Khinvsar, Social Justice and Empowerment Minister Avinash Gehlot, Leader of Opposition Tikaram Jully, Congress state unit chief Govind Singh Dotasra, and Army officers, ‍who paid their respects ‌with ⁤floral tributes.

The procession then proceeded to Jhunjhunu for their final ‍cremation rites.

Ajay Singh, a native of ‌Bhaisawata Kalan village, and Bijendra,⁤ from Dumoli Kalan village in Jhunjhunu, will be remembered for their service​ and sacrifice.

Prior to the funeral, a ceremonial ‘tiranga yatra’ will be held in ‍honor of‌ the fallen soldiers.

The tragic incident occurred​ when four Army⁣ personnel, including a ‍captain, encountered heavily armed terrorists belonging⁤ to the Pakistan-based banned⁢ organization, Jaish-e-Mohammad⁣ (JeM), in the‍ dense ⁣forests of Doda district on Monday evening. The ‍courageous soldiers fought valiantly before making the ultimate sacrifice. (PTI)
