During this celebration‍ period, expert insights will be ​shared on transforming ⁢governance through digitization at a High Level Webinar Series. The establishment of September 16 as Identity Day (ID Day) seeks global recognition​ highlighting robust proof-of-identity fundamental importance.On⁤ this day awareness is raised about⁤ approximately 850 million people ⁤globally lacking any official identificationmof whom most reside in Africa; including more than forty percent Ethiopians.
