With a ⁢workforce⁣ of over 20,000 employees spread across 10‍ cities in India,⁣ including Ahmedabad, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Mumbai, Microsoft is deeply rooted ⁣in the Indian market. The company operates 14 ⁢Microsoft Innovation Centres (MICs) ‍in collaboration ⁤with various ‍academic institutions, aiming to enhance tech skills and foster innovation.

In recent months, Microsoft has entered into several ⁣partnerships in the generative AI sector in India. One notable collaboration is with Skillsoft to launch an ‍AI training program for enterprises.
